Explore Our Programs
Community Investment Corporation (CIC) is a Tucson-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to expanding access to economic opportunities in Pima County and throughout Southern Arizona.
To accomplish this, CIC focuses on supporting our community in building generational wealth by providing resources for first-time homeownership, financing for entrepreneurs, and tools for educational success – three distinct program areas that are foundational to individual and community well-being.
Housing
Helping aspiring first-time homeowners purchase their homes, and stay in their homes, through mortgage tax credits and down payment assistance.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Providing financing to small businesses and nonprofits, and introducing innovative systems to promote private investment in early-stage businesses.
EDUCATION
Supporting families with parental engagement skills, kindergarten readiness, and school research. Assisting schools with educator training and bond compliance.
