Resources for Loan Clients and the Community

Late Payments: From April-June, we are allowing borrowers affected by COVID-19 an option of no payments and no accrual of interest.  Borrowers must be in good standing with CIC and notify us they’d like this option.  We will work with borrowers to figure out repayment schedules after the pandemic subsides.

COVID-19 Emergency Loans: We are currently offering three loan programs in response to the economic crisis caused by COVID-19.  We have $10,000 cash flow microloan, as well as two community-backed loans with flexible terms and loan amounts.  Click here for details on each loan.

Historic Fourth Avenue Coalition COVID-19 Response Project: We are working collaboratively to deploy a team of highly skilled innovators and entrepreneurs to deeply understand the needs of coalition businesses, identify patterns and most importantly, support these businesses in the rapid execution of fund acquisition, business model experiments, and other activities relevant to helping these business owners and their employees thrive long after COVID-19.

Tucson Helping Tucson: CIC is honored to be a partner in Tucson Helping Tucson a local movement to sustain local business and connect the community with safe and engaging local entertainment. CIC will house the funds raised and administer a revolving loan and grant fund to support local business in times of crisis. Please read our blog post on this topic and make a contribution to this thoughtful community effort.  And don’t forget to RSVP and tune in to THT TV on Saturdays at 7 p.m.
