The Rising Arizona Investor Network (RAIN) is advancing a more inclusive investment ecosystem in Southern Arizona by recruiting, training, and supporting both new and experienced investors from diverse backgrounds. Through education on forward-looking capital-raising tools, including equity and debt crowdfunding, RAIN helps connect values-aligned capital with the entrepreneurs building our region’s future.

Originally developed and launched by Startup Tucson, CIC’s updated RAIN resources will continue to expand the capital ecosystem across Arizona.
