Grants For Southern Arizona Tech Founders

Community Investment Corporation is delighted to share our partnership with Go for Vertical (G4V)! Go for Vertical is a Tucson organization that is committed to helping grow tech startups from an idea to a revenue-earning business!

G4V has two programs for tech startups:


A completely free program for tech startups at the ideation stage


An accelerator program for tech startups that are in development and need a boost

Join BASECAMP at the beginning of your startup journey and graduate to CLIMB to take it to the next level!

G4V is excited to announce a grant to allow tech startups to join the online/virtual accelerator CLIMB

CLIMB is a one-year immersive program where tech founders like you learn how to develop new technology and market/sell it to launch their startup. It usually costs $6k to $10k per year, but this funding will make it ENTIRELY FREE.

Are You Eligible For
The CLIMB Grant?

G4V is looking for very early-stage, underserved tech founders in one of these groups

  • Women
  • Minorities
  • Low-Income Earners (below 100% AMI)
  • LGBTQ+
  • People with Disabilities
  • Veterans
  • Rural Residents
  • Seniors (age 50+)

Does your tech startup fit the G4V criteria?

While being in one of those categories would qualify you for the grant opportunities, on the G4V side, they are looking for candidates that are ready for and can be successful in the program.

  • Have solid domain or industry experience
  • Have an audience in mind that they want to serve
  • Already a concept for their product or technology
  • Understand how their audience will integrate their new technology into their daily life or business workflow
